MOST AWFUL nail salon!!! I had to inform the nail tech how to even remove an existing set of acrylic because he was trying to rip them off which took him 15 min a nail and after the second nail I had to as the customer give him tips on how to remove them. He was going to put new nails on without cleaning the he glue off my nail from the old acrylic. Do not EVER go here . Worst $15 I ever spent. This whole experience was 30 min and all we did was remove nails. I had to leave because I did not trust them at all. And he said let me clean them up before you go and he left them jagged and pointy and tough.

Valerie did an amazing job tonight with my nails! She was able to fit me in as a walk in and was not only thorough and professional but so caring and fun to talk to. She was careful and meticulous to make sure things were perfect. I will definitely be back - thank you so much!

I've been going to Luxor for about 8 years, since they were in another location. I do everything I can to not have to go anywhere else. When I travel I am able to go a month on a neutral SNS manicure. When I'm home, I'm there every 2 weeks to keep my nails fresh. Highly recommend an appointment vice walk-in but you might get lucky.

Nice place, the nails were nice. It was $50 for a full set of acrylics and the lady that did my nails didt talk much other than asking if this was ok or if I liked it, I loved that because Im not the one to talk much while getting my nails done- the lady did nice and so did the man that did my mothers. For 2 sets of acrylics it was $100 and plus the tip it was around $114, I dont remember exactly but its nice!

I bring my mom when I get my nails done. We both love the service provided. I am so thankful that they are so willing to accommodate my mom, as her back is not good. They do everything in their power to make sure she is comfortable.

The absolute worst!!! Me my mom and sister in law went to do our nails here. First of all they took 3 hours. After about 3 days my gel manicure all came off, my nails were breaking. And my mom a couple days after me same exact thing. & she got fungus under almost all her nails. And my sister in law did a full set acrylics and they literally all fell off around the same time as us. I called them and complained and because we live far from this salon and the work was unacceptable so no point in going back but I was not about to go back there for them to fix or anything. So when I called them and complained they told me they’ll have the manager get back to me about a refund and it’s been a week now and I call them everyday since and I think they either blocked my number or just wrote it down so they don’t answer.
